stART: Creating as We Go – episode 71: Wonky Weather, Closing Books and Ouchies

Every couple of weeks I film stART: Creating as We Go with my two sisters, Suzie and Shannon. We share our creative projects, from challenges to celebrations, and support each other’s creative lives.

This week is a bit of a rocky one! We end up talking about different approaches to dealing with this from letting go, to making your voice heard when things aren’t good enough, to trying to scale back. Results may vary.

Keep up-to-date with stART: Creating As We Go

loved this episode of start. Can so relate to a love of bright (circus) colours Shannon and always found it difficult to make art that looked good (to me) – I am one of those “use the whole box of crayons” people. But eventually found my niche and now love what I create = the brighter the better. Keep going = you will find your style! Suzie you are such an inspiration because you never give up- despite all your challenges. Go brave warrior! Jamie I can so relate to the sewing thing, I did do sewing and made a few pretty ökay-ish” items but truth is I dont like sewing and I never will. I would rather sit and sew by hand for an hour than spend 10 mins on the sewing machine. “We can do anything – but we cant do everything” (anon). Have a fabulous festive season all of you and thank you for sharing your creative adventures with all of us. We love you.
