O Jamie, I feel for you. Our basement floods every once in awhile. We always feel each time we have it ready and secured ageist future floods after clean up for the next time but for some reason, that has not always been the case. However, the last flooding, did force me to finally let go of the last bit of the teaching stuff I had since my retirement 6 years ago. some not so nice things that happen can be a blessing in disguise. I love how you handled it.
