A Visit to My Garden

Every weekday morning I invite you Behind the Scenes at my studio.

Today: I ditched the first version of the behind the scenes today. It was so boring because I’ve been so sick! So instead I decided to get some fresh air and take you on a little tour of my postage stamp garden. I hope you enjoy exploring the garden with me.

What you can’t identify are Hydrangeas, my favorites in my garden. They will be gorgeous and you leave the woody stems that look dead but if you wait awhile the green will begin go grow up the stems and don’t trim off the tops as the last flower that was there will prepare for the new one:-) I enjoyed the visit thru your garden.

You’re so thoughtful, Judy! I love hydrangeas too and have two. Thanks for the tip about the flowers. I didn’t know that at all.

I think the two I couldn’t figure out turned out to be coral bells (the reddish leaves) and a rhododendron (the one that’s just sticks. I’m not giving up on it just yet!
